East Liverpool Historical Society

The 200 block of East 3rd street began with the eastern side of Washington Street and ended at the western side of Union Street. It was a block that was part residential and part commercial.

Union and East Third Street. Generally assumed to be a pick up or drop off of passengers going to or returning from a holiday or weekend outing at Rock Springs Park in the late 1890s or early 1900s.
